Ibrahim Ramadhan Al Balushi, MSc

Director of Laboratory & Regulatory Affairs

Ibrahim brings more than four decades inside Oman's medical laboratory system, including over twenty years as Chief Technician at the Royal Hospital in Muscat and most recently as Laboratory Director of a private international laboratory. Trained in microbiology, virology, and serology, with an MSc from San Francisco State University, he has led ISO 15189 accreditation, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance at the highest levels of Omani healthcare. When ITI Medica says it knows how Oman's health institutions actually work, Ibrahim is the reason.

Verghese George Soman, MBA

Founder

George has spent more than forty years inside Oman's healthcare sector. He has sat on the side of the table most international companies never see: the distributor evaluating products, the buyer navigating MOH requirements, the local partner watching good products fail on bad entries. He founded ITI Medica to give global healthcare companies what he wished more of them had: someone in Oman who knows how the market actually decides. With an MBA in International Marketing from the University of Mumbai, he leads the firm's strategy and its most senior relationships.

Priya Modi, LL.M, B.A LL.B (Hons.)

Chief Administrator

Priya leads ITI Medica's operations and corporate governance. Trained in law and holding a Master's degree from Fordham University in New York, she brings a legal mind to a regulatory business. Her focus is precision. Every medical record, every filing, every piece of documentation is reviewed against the standards that Oman's healthcare regulators expect. Nothing leaves the firm unchecked.
